Foundations  *  Personal Training  *  Group Classes  *  High School Group Classes

 

CrossFit 9 Foundations Program

CrossFit 9’s group classes make up our entire regimen and have skill requirements to ensure quality and safety. Therefore, all new members with no prior CrossFit experience are required to complete our Foundations Program.

The Foundations Program is a 2-week program, with classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. The program covers technique and safety in our foundational exercises, as well as the theory behind our programming and guidance on important topics such as nutrition and scaling. Each class consists of a brief lecture, movement learning and review, and a high-intensity workout.

Students may join our regular group classes after successfully completing the Foundations Program.

Schedule

  •  2-week sessions begin every other Monday
  • Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • You can switch freely between morning and evening classes, but MUST attend all 6 days in order to successfully complete the program
  • If you are unable to commit to attending all six classes, you may instead complete the Foundations curriculum over the course of five personal training sessions

Pricing

  • $150 per person
  • Price includes 2-week Foundation Program and an additional 2 weeks of unlimited membership


Individuals who have significant CrossFit or athletic experience may test out of the Foundations Program. Testing will take approximately 20 minutes, and is graded on a pass/fail basis at the sole discretion of the trainer administering the test.

Group Classes

We are unlike a typical gym, where you do your own thing. At CrossFit 9, you will be coached each and every time you walk through the door. These classes are led by a Certified CrossFit trainer who will guide you through a warm-up, skill session, and workout of the day. The classes are typically one hour in length. Whether your goal is to lose weight, change your body composition, or increase your overall fitness, CrossFit 9 will help you achieve it!

Pricing

  • Unlimited = $125 per month
  • Couples = $225 per month
  • 2 classes per week = $85 per month
  • 8 session punch card = $100
  • 19 session punch card = $200
  • Drop in = $15

 

High School Sports Group Classes

This is a great program for any teen looking improve their general fitness or their athletic performance in high school sports. Programming will be inclusive of adult CrossFit movements, but customized for this specific age group and sports interests.


Schedule

  •  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Pricing

  • 2 classes per week = $85 per month
  • 8 session punch card = $100
  • 19 session punch card = $200
  • Drop in = $15

 

Personal Training

With this route, your trainer will tailor the pace of instruction and the rigor of your private sessions specifically to your fitness capacity, goals and preferences.

This is your best option for:

  • Fat loss and improved body composition
  • Extra accountability & privacy
  • Someone with no exercise experience or has been very sedentary
  • Someone with very specific performance oriented goals (marathon, football, etc.)
