Already completed Foundations training and want to sign up for a monthly membership or just pay your bill?
2nd: CrossFit 9 Foundations Program
All new CrossFit 9 members are required to pass our Foundations Program before joining our group classes. The Foundations Program is a 2-week program that teaches basic competency in our foundational movements, correct form, full range of motion, intensity, and expectations.
This program is designed to ensure your success and safety in our group classes. If you have significant previous CrossFit or athletic experience, you will have the opportunity to test out of the Foundations Program.

3rd: CrossFit 9 Group Classes
Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. They include warm-up, skill training & practice, and then the WOD (workout of the day). Classes are intense, challenging, and fun. To join group classes, members either need to complete the Foundation Program or test out of it. The monthly amount depends on your level of commitment and the frequency of training.
